Eating healthy is one of the way you can do to weight loss . staying  fit is not only depend on workout but the foods we eat on daily basis.
The fat of our body depends 80% on what we eat and 20 % on how much we exercise . All you need to do is eat  right amount of food in correct quantity and adopt the healthy habits.

Here are some tips that 100% work for weight loss : 

1• Proper carbohydrate

Excess carbohydrate cause weight gain but right amount of carbohydrate is necessary for weight loss. But howmuch , measure your weight and your weight +10 gram carbohydrate is right amount for daily consumption .

2•Eat more protein 
When we eat protein our body find it little difficult to break it down , you will crave less for foods and that promotes weight loss . It is necessary  for daily repair of body , skin and hair growth.

3•Eat healthy fats 
Good fats cut bad fats . Dry fruit like almond , peanuts , coconut , are good source of good fats. So , You should consume around 50 to 60 gram of healthy fats everyday .

4•Include raw vegetables
Raw vegetable is helpful to cut lower belly fat . Carrot , cucumber , beetroot, spinach , etc are rich in vitamin , minerals , and iron . The consumption of raw vegetable with lemon juice helps you to reduce your belly fat .

5•Switch to low fat dairy 
Dairy products are rich in saturated fats. High consumption of saturated fats causes weight gain. low fat dairy products have low saturated fats and is beneficial for losing body fat .

6•Drink enough water 
Drink three litre of water everyday.
It keeps your metabolism up and promotes reduction of fat . Make sure that you donot drink water in between meals and not with meals .

7•Don't skip breakfast 
Skipping breakfast makes you gain weight , when you skip breakfast your body crave throughout the day and you eventually end up eating more foods .

8•Sleep well 
Sleeping deprivation affect your body in such a way that your body crave for more food and doesn't process food efficiently . So , you should have sound sleep of 7-8 hrs daily .

9•Workout
Workout helps to burn excess fat and makes you stay energetic . Try to spend at least 30 min in the morning or evening  for workout.

10•Junk the junkfoods
Junkfoods are loaded with sodium and sugar. It leads to water retention in our body and we will start to gain more weight . It is better to have no junk food in our life . Eat healthy homemade foods.
