Weight loss diet plan

Eat healthy and feel wealthy. This is the complete weight loss diet in asian style. It is powerful technique of Asian nutritional plan. Considering our busy life recipies are very simple , it is vegeterian with available ingredient and this diet won't empty your pocket. But you should also know about when and how to consume it. Some of the important rule ayurveda reccomend to follow in whole day of eating.

- Wake up 5:00 am in the morning , and drink copper charged water.
Store the water in copper jar and keep it in wooden surface. Leave it overnight and drink the water in the morning from the same jar without transferring it  into any other metal container.
In ayurveda , the benefits of drinking copper charge water are :
- Promotes fat loss
- slow down ageing
- Helps in digestion
- Boost your immunity

Early morning snacks ( 7:00 ) am
Banana is best early morning snack. According to ayurveda, consuming banana in the morning actually cuts fat in the body.
Cut one banana into slices and sprinkle  some black pepper.
Black pepper will add fuel to the fire and helps you to lose extra fat.

Meal - 1st ( breakfast )
You should consume your breakfast between 8 am to 9 am.
In Asia , Besan roti or chickpea pancake is best breakfast to start your day.
Recipie for chickpea pancake :
- Take 1 cup chickpea flour
- Add pinch of rock salt
- Add 1 cup water
- Put some fine chop vegetables of your choice
- Add turmeric , black pepper and ginger paste
- Mix well and make the batter ready.
Heat the pan and put some mustard oil
Spread 2 to 3 spoon of batter over it. Cook both sides.
Once done remove it from pan and serve it with 200 gram of curd .

11:30 Am
Have one orange . Orange will fill the need of vitamin c per day . It is also very easy to carry at your workplace .

Meal 2nd ( lunch ) 1 : 00 pm
In lunch Semi brown rice with chick pea curry , salad and butter milk.


Recipe For chick pea curry :
- Heat the pan
- Add little mustard oil
- Add cumin seeds and bay leaf
- Add half spoon ginger paste
- Add soaked chick pea
- And add pinch of turmeric and salt
- Add some water to it
And cover it with lid for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Add some vegetable of your choice
And cook it in low flame for another 5 minutes.

Recipe for buttermilk
- Add curd in a glass
- Add black salt , black pepper and roasted cumin
- Fill the glass with water
And stir well using spoon.

For salad you can use vegetable of your choice.
Start to eat this meal from salad and finish this meal with buttermilk.

4:30 Pm evening snack
Ayurvedic detox tea is good for healthy evening snack.
Recipe for detox tea :
- Add water in saucepan
- Boil it with ginger
Once done put off gas and squeeze the lemon juice.
Add honey and mint leaves.
Along with this have five soak almonds.
This detox tea helps you to mobilize fat cells , detox the body and gives you energy. It aid proper absorbtion of nutrient and digestion.

Meal-3rd ( dinner ) 6: 30 pm
In asian style , two thin chapati/tortilla and one bowl split green gram / moong dal curry is best dinner on regular basis.

To prepare moong dal curry :
- Heat cow ghee on pan
- Add onion and bay leaf
- Add soak green gram
- Add some carrots and vegetable of your choice
- Add rock salt ,turmeric and black pepper
- And common salt according  to taste
Stir it properly
- Add little bit water
And cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Put some tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes .
- Serve it with multi-gram chapati.

After this meal , eat small piece of jaggery. It satisfies your sugary craving , it also enhance digestion.
we should always keep our evening snack very light.Ayurveda recommend to sit in sukhasana while eating , in this position digestive system works better.

Our asian system has always recommend us to finish our dinner around sunset. Believe it or not ,according  to ayurveda this is the time our digestive fire is at its peak. Even modern science proves that our ability to digestion weakens after sunset. We should have our dinner between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

7:30 Pm In this time , you should go for short walk up to 1000 steps .

9:30 Pm Before bed have elaichi milk .Boil milk with cardamom.
It helps in :
- Better sleep
- strong bones
- Better digestion

Donot consider this diet as short term diet but make it as your lifestyle. You will see amazing changes in your body.
